Deloitte's US-India offices are hiring Analysts for their Securitization team within the Audit & Assurance practice. This is a strong opportunity for finance and analytics-minded graduates looking to build a career in structured finance.

About the Role

As a Securitization Analyst, you'll work across major asset classes including:

• Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO)

• Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS)

• Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS)

• Asset-Backed Securities (ABS)

You'll be involved in cash flow analytics, collateral analysis, transaction modeling, and due diligence support for global engagement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Recalculate asset and security cash flows, tranche payments, and investor analytics (declining balance tables, weighted average lives, yield to maturity)

• Review and abstract information from legal and offering documents like Indentures, Offering Circulars, and Credit Agreements

• Conduct due diligence on corporate loans and securitization transactions

• Build and maintain securitization models and assist with Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) reports

• Collaborate closely with US engagement teams and draft client correspondence

Skills Required

• Strong command of MS Excel and MS Word

• Ability to read and interpret legal/financial documents
